Hockey Northwestern Ontario is now offering pre-registration for Clinics.
The form must becompleted and emailed/faxed to the HNO office. Please
refer to clinic link for a list of available clinics/dates in your area. Pre-Registration Form Payment must be made at least one week prior to the clinic date.
Payment can be made at the office or by mail. Money Order, Cash,
or Cheque only accepted. Receipts will be provided at the clinic.
